WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
All products are FINAL SALE due to the fact that each piece is made to order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us and we will work with you to achieve the best solution.
EXCEPTIONS: For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange.

HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING/SHIPPING TAKE?
All of our pieces are made to order. So your item doesn’t get created until it's requested.
(PLEASE Allow MINIMUM 6 weeks for Orders to Arrive)
We ask for a minimum of 15-20 business days for production. Please allow MINIMUM of 20-25 business days if you ordered during a sale. Once processed (15-25 business days), your order is shipped (2-3 business days to get to you).
PROCESSING REFERS TO HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR US TO MAKE THE PRODUCTS. ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADETO ORDER. NOTHING IS MASS PRODUCED LEADING TO SLIGHTLY LONGER PROCESSING.
WHO IS SHIPPING DONE BY?
Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS Monday through Sunday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.
*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice.
